White pollen, pure apple, cider pear, honeydew melon, green nut, sightly citrus fruit note. Delicately spicy, good acid structure, full of pressure and melting on the palate.
food pairing: ideal with white meat, Italian & Asian Cuisine. Perfect with cheese and baked dishes, like a traditional “Wiener Schnitzel”.
