Air conditioning
All our rooms can be air-conditioned or cooled in summer.
Adapter/ Electronic connectors
All outlets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Adapters are provided at the reception.
Adults-only hotel
At the request of many guests for peace and relaxation, we have decided to be an adult hotel, that is, “adults only”.
We are happy to welcome guests over the age of 16 in our boutique hotel and guest house.
Bathrobe and Slippers
You will find a bag with bath towels and a bathrobe in your room. If you need slippers, another towels or slippers, please contact the reception.

For your bikes, you can use our barred underground parking.
Breakfast
Enjoy your breakfast buffet in the original building from 8am to 10am from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays or Bank holidays you can breakfast until 11 am.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to three weeks before the guest’s arrival date, both contractual partners, i.e. both the guest and the accommodation provider, can cancel the booking without paying a cancellation fee.
- Up to one week before guest’s arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Cancellation fees of 90% of the total rate are to be paid up to one day before the arrival date or no-show of the guest.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged.
For your carefree holiday, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Charging electric vehicles
You can charge your E-Car or Plug-in-Hybrid Car at our power point in the underground parking facility.
We charge according to the unit of electricity charged.
Check-In / Check-out
On the arrival you can check-in after 3.00pm.
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11.00am and return your key to the reception.
If you wish to delay your departure, please contact us. Please note, there can be additional costs, if you stay longer than 11.00 am on the departure day.
Dogs
We like to have dogs, but we are dog-free hotel. This means that we cater to the needs of allergy sufferers, but also meet the highest hygienic standards and offer a stress-free vacation to guests who are afraid of dogs. Thank you for your understanding.
Gift carts
You would like to give a loved-one a few days stay at our Boutiquehotel WEINSPITZ or a visit to our Heuriger STRAWANZER at the Winery STRAWANZER? Simply let us know, we will gladly create a personal gift card.
Hotelbar
We will be happy to spoil you with our wines, but also with coffee, beer & spirits from 2pm to 10pm.
Internet
Our whole building provides internet access /wifi. Please find the access in the guest map or ask us.
Parking
Parking spaces for cars and motorbikes are sufficiently available and free of charge. The use of our underground parking is reserved for guests from the Boutiquehotel.
Payment
Accounts can be settled in cash, via EC-card as well as MasterCard and Visa.
Reception
Our reception is daily open from 7.00am until 10.00pm.
After this time reception can be reached only by telephone.
Please dial 100 on the phone.
Sauna
Our Sauna is open from 4.00pm until 9.00pm. During the summer months or on heat days, the Sauna is open on request.
We ask you, to use our sauna towels in the relaxing area. Please note our bath- and swimming rules.
Swimming-Pool
The Swimming-Pool is open from 7.30am until 9.00pm and we ask you to use it with the proper swimming attire. The step into is prohibited.
Wine
If you are interested in our wines, please let us know. A family member will hold a wine-tasting for you.
We also kindly ask you to do not consume the wines from the wall fridge or from the minibars in the public rooms or on the public terrace.
It is possible to purchase our wines & take them home.
