The Setzberg vineyard is characterised by steep, south-facing stone terraces. Its slate and gneiss soils provide ideal conditions for grapes that produce wines of exceptional finesse.
The Neuburger grape variety is rarely cultivated due to its demanding vineyard management. Nevertheless, it holds a special place in our region, as the variety originated in Spitz.
Tasting Notes: Bright fruit aromas, juicy richness and notes of ripe apple, exotic fruits and delicate nuttiness. Vibrant fruit freshness, beautifully balanced and crisp, with a clear and expressive fruit character. An elegant style with hints of white peach on the finish. Truly outstanding! (Vinaria 2026/27)
