From its steep terraces, we harvest our finest Riesling grapes. The soils are predominantly composed of gneiss, marble and shell limestone, producing exceptional quality, particularly in cooler and more classic vintages. Wines from this vineyard tend to be riper, with softer acidity and a more approachable character than those from other vineyard sites in Spitz. 100% handwork Tasting Notes: Attractive aromas of white peach, delicate apricot and hints of mango and passion fruit. The soils are predominantly composed of gneiss, marble and shell limestone, providing ideal conditions for exceptional quality, particularly in cooler and more classic vintages.
Tasting Notes: A subtle hint of yellow tropical fruit, delicate orange zest and a rather restrained bouquet. Opulent on the palate, with ripe yellow orchard fruits, a touch of honeydew melon and subtle sweetness on the finish.
