  • For our X.TREM wines, we leave the grapes on the vines for longer, allowing them to enjoy extended sun exposure and develop exceptional fruit concentration. The Setzberg vineyard is predominantly characterised by paragneiss and granite soils, producing wines with delicate fruit aromas and remarkable clarity.

Selective harvesting of the finest vines from our best vineyard sites. A dark, spicy opening with pronounced herbal notes, bittersweet fruit, winter apple and a hint of marzipan. Full-bodied and multi-layered, with impressive power, intensity and a remarkably long, lingering finish. Ratings: Falstaff 93 points | AWC Gold

  • The 1000-Eimerberg, situated in the heart of Spitz, marks the gateway to the Spitzer Graben and is the village's most renowned vineyard site. From its steep terraces, we harvest our finest Grüner Veltliner grapes for our limited-edition Smaragd. The soils are predominantly composed of gneiss, marble and shell limestone, providing ideal conditions for exceptional quality, particularly in cooler and more classic vintages.

Tasting Notes: A subtle hint of yellow tropical fruit, delicate orange zest and a rather restrained bouquet. Opulent on the palate, with ripe yellow orchard fruits, a touch of honeydew melon and subtle sweetness on the finish. Hints of apricot linger on the aftertaste, complemented by a rich, broad structure. Ratings: Falstaff 93 points | Vinaria ★★★★ | A la Carte 93 points
