  • For our X.TREM wines, we leave the grapes on the vines for longer, allowing them to enjoy extended sun exposure and develop exceptional fruit concentration. The Setzberg vineyard is predominantly characterised by paragneiss and granite soils, producing wines with delicate fruit aromas and remarkable clarity.

  • The 1000-Eimerberg, situated in the heart of Spitz, marks the gateway to the Spitzer Graben and is the village's most renowned vineyard site. From its steep terraces, we harvest our finest Grüner Veltliner grapes for our limited-edition Smaragd. The soils are predominantly composed of gneiss, marble and shell limestone, providing ideal conditions for exceptional quality, particularly in cooler and more classic vintages.

    Tasting Notes: A subtle hint of yellow tropical fruit, delicate orange zest and a rather restrained bouquet. Opulent on the palate, with ripe yellow orchard fruits, a touch of honeydew melon and subtle sweetness on the finish.   • Our Sauvignon Blanc vines grow in the Kobel vineyard, a hillside site with terraced slopes in Willendorf, in the Wachau, not far from Spitz.

    Cool breezes from the Danube lend fruitiness and finesse to this Sauvignon Blanc, traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks. Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of white peach, lemon balm and subtle hints of gooseberry. Notes of yellow bell pepper and gentle vegetal nuances add complexity.     The grapes for our Pinot Blanc thrive in the Gasslreith vineyard in Spitz, a southwest-facing vineyard site on the Hartberg hillside. This small vineyard requires almost exclusively manual work. Its unique soil composition and favourable exposure provide ideal conditions for producing wines of exceptional quality. Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of ripe pear and green walnuts, complemented by hints of lime, lemongrass and passion fruit. Beautifully soft and harmonious on the palate, with delicate brioche notes and a well-balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity.
